Deborah Mann, a Kingsport native, has been working as an artist most of her life. She received a bachelor’s degree in studio art from ETSU in 2002.
Her many skills include sculpting, painting, and photography.
She has been employed by Bays Mountain Park as an exhibit artist and illustrator since 2002.
She has worked on many planetarium shows.
